Complaints Handling Procedure
Intervest Capital Partners S.à.r.l (hereafter “ICP” or the “AIFM” or the “Company”) has put in place a specific procedure covering the handling of all customer complaints and claims.
All claims and complaints will be processed in a secure manner within ICP and in line with the regulatory requirements (CSSF Regulation 16-07, CSSF Circular 17/671 as amended by the CSSF 18/698).
Any person who wishes to file a complaint or a claim, could do so by writing to the attention of the Conducting Officer of Risk Management, at the following email address k.ikherrazen@intervest.com or by post addressed to ICP’s office at the following address: 28, Boulevard Royal, 2449 Luxembourg, Luxembourg.
A reply (in the form of an acknowledgement of receipt) will be sent in writing within 10 business days following the receipt of complaint or claim. ICP will provide an answer within a period not to exceed one month following the receipt of complaint or claim.
Where the Complaint handling at the level of the Company did not result in a satisfactory answer for the Complainant, the Company will provide him/her with a full explanation of its position as regards the complaint and will inform him/her in writing of the existence of the out-of-court complaint resolution procedure at the CSSF and send him/her a copy of CSSF Regulation 16-07 relating to the out-of-court resolution of complaints, as well as the different means to contact the CSSF to file a request.
