Evan Abraham

Evan is an Assistant Vice President and a member of InterVest’s real estate investment committee. In his role, he is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, underwriting, and closing real estate transactions. Prior to joining InterVest in 2021, he served as an Investment Associate at Cottonwood Management, as a Director of Acquisitions and Development at SBE Hospitality, and as an Investment Banking Analyst at CBRE Capital Advisors. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics with a minor in Psychology from Trinity College (CT).
