Joseph Stowell

Joe is the outsourced Chief Compliance Officer for InterVest since October 2018. Prior to this, he served as Global Chief Compliance Officer for Oechsle International Advisors (“Oechsle”), formerly an SEC registered investment adviser domiciled in Boston with additional offices in Asia and Europe. He received a Bachelor’s degree from Plymouth State University.
